hobbyhorses

These guys are my "hobby"horses.
They know they're props
and show up whenever they see the camera.

I don't own them, but we've got a deal;
they eat the grass while I photograph them.
Two of them are good saddle horses,
and the sway-back is a rescue.

I think they do a really good job
of completing the scene up here on Rabbit Mountain.

That strip of sunlight out on the plains
is almost 100 miles away.

Incredible scenery!

Last one has a beautiful sky!
Enjoy the peace and quiet which
I assume you have up there.

Hi Sam!
It sure looks beautiful up there! Worthy of a multitude of paintings. Enjoy!

It is a painter's paradise up there. Only problem is the gawking; every turn on your toe is another painting.

All that big sky and wide horizon puts a quieting in the psyche doesn't it!
Having hobby horses is as beneficial as going out on a friends boat.
You don't own them or their maintenance but get to take advantage of their presence.
