Very creative. Forgot to mention, we stayed in Glenwood Springs two nights ago. Got up in the morning to a traffic alert for I-70. Closed for a 25 mile stretch. Of course in the mountains detours are few. This one was 100 miles. dd
DD--- Sorry you got caught on I-70. You should have called. I'd have told you to stay on the road and watch them dynamite the huge boulders off of the mountain. Quite a show! Hope you got home okay anyway.
I am Sam Hannaway, and I share this blog with the dogs in my life. Being creative soothes my soul, so I write when I have something to say, paint when words don't cut it and try to follow the dogs' advice with grace. They say to keep it simple.

On my sidebar, I thought this was a silhouette of a wolf (nose pointed upwards) saying "let me in."
It's a beautiful photo of a patiently-waiting friend.
Brilliant photo---it tells a story.

Great photo Sam!
Aha---Evidence of actual dog. Careful. Could be a trick. Might be Hallie out there doing shadow puppets.
