It snowed on Christmas (yay!) and got bitterly cold.
Neither fact is a reasonable excuse
for today's tree being so late in the day,
but I'm using both.
Today didn't top 20 degrees,
the sun was brilliant,
and the sky was as blue as could be.

I think you've captured that blue, blue sky perfectly! Love those days of blue sky, white snow -- if I'm nice and toasty warm, that is.
I think this glowing tree might raise the temperature a bit.
It's going to take more than a glowing tree to warm things up around here. Brrrrr!
