andy's cows

-Andy Warhol

I like to buy art calendars in February,
when they're cheap.
It's a good way to collect reproductions.
Besides finds like VanGogh, Matisse, and Klimpt,
I got a great Warhol calendar online from the Metropolitan
for $3.99.
And it came with this 24"x36" poster of Andy's herd.
Such a deal.

That is a great deal. So, do you just skip January?

January is Hawaii, where clocks and calendars are superfluous.

Such a deal is right! And really, who cares about January. The month where everyone makes resolutions and then breaks them.

nice bargain. I'm a huge Warhol fan. My claim to fame was that I met him in NYC...he signed my playbill at "42nd Street". I loved him then and love him now! I should see if there are any calendars left!

Celeste-
Awesome that you got see 42nd St. Lucky you! When? We were living in Manhattan then, in a neighborhood thick with wildly talented B'way gypsies (dancers) who were in that show.
