Generally speaking, no, there isn't enough water to support all of the people moving to the Southwest. Just (un)natural gas. Be sure to see "Gasland II" before you decide. It's now playing on HBO.
Btw, Time-Warner does offer wicked good Internet in Maine. As you well know, it's hotternhell every where, so at least you should have H2O.
