Knowing that this is under the snow helps.

Wow, this is cool! Is this from yesterday, or were you just keeping it a secret for a while? Love how much it's abstracted...ahh, just my thing.

P.S. I got my 36" T-square, now I just have to wait for the painting to dry again so I can redo lines.

OOOOOh this is nice. A landscape reduced to the very basics. Love the little magenta change in the very darkest green.

Really love the sky next to the mountains. Great colors!

Clicking on the photo allows one to see the nice layering you've got in this. Spring is definitely on the way.

Thanks, Jala. Yes, I have a stash. As you know, all that needs to be done now is shoot and post.

Glad you like it, Loriann. Less is more. For once, less didn't take so much more!

Thanks for noticing the layers, M. Sometimes it seems right to call pastels paintings. It feels so right, even if rare, when that happens.

i really enjoy your comments and descriptions. they make me laugh and wish i would have said that.

DD,
Think of you often. Wondering how your doing with that "passive PT", you lucky dog.

Thanks for the nice comment. But I'm a glutton for punishment like Loriann. I'd like some critiques, too. You're pretty good with the objective eye. If it makes me crumble, I'll let you know.

Go ahead and try some lefties. Everyone wanted to see mine, but I'll be kind and say you should do them for yourself. Just because it feels so good to keep up your chops. Go fer it!

Nice piece Sam. There is a real sensation of movement. And happy color. I hope to get some of that soon.....For now...not so much...
