another medium

Here are more Pollock iPhone app pieces.
Some appear dark because I did them late at night,
and I can't take a bright screen after midnight.

First, some barns.

I guess you could call this next one a memory painting.
It's a blueberry bog in Maine at night.

Here's another memory.
This time of an old screen door on a cottage.

And another barn.

There's something I love about doing these.
They're good for me; I can't control them.

What a fun way to paint! I haven't tried any of the painting apps for the iPhone and I am a little afraid that I will become ADDICTED and have to go to some 12 step group to stop! "Hi, my name is Katherine and I am addicted to my iPhone app!" Hi Katherine. It could happen!

Can you print these off?

Wow, these are great. Love the blueberry bog (accidentally typed "blog") and the screen door, in particular. Don't stop doing them.

Love them ALL, (and love love love the first one most). Great work---any of these would positively transform a room.

Kvan--
Funny comment. Where's the meeting?
Yes, they make great prints.

DD--
iPhone-ominal!

Jala--
I like the screen door one a lot, too. I think that one came over the transom late one night in Hawaii.

Thanks, Casey!
Yup, these are a regular Rorschach personality test. Yikes.

Marcia--
Glad you like them!

Celeste--
I put them up on the reefer door, like kid art. So far, the cooking fairy hasn't matched my offer.

The screen door is wonderful. No iPhone yet--you make it tempting.
