cello

Nancy Colella's new puppy is yellow.

So of course, her name's Limoncello.
It's a cute name for a dog,
 More Italian than nog,
And for short, they can just call her Cello.

Of course I just love that! I just printed it and hung it up in my studio! Cello loves it too! Thank you! So far, we've only lost two computer power cords......

In keeping with the Italian theme, power chords = spaghetti.

A yellow puppy will always bring a smile--thanks for providing the one I'm wearing ! :)

Celeste--
Bo, the big yellow puppy on your post, gave me a grin, too.

The puppy is adorable. The name is adorable. The painting is adorable, too.

Thank you for the visit, Shirley. It reminded me to look at your blog again. I had forgotten how delightful your painting is. I won't make that mistake again. You show that "painterly" means sliding comfortably from representation to abstraction. And successfully using the vocabulary of paint to say what you want.
I'll be back!
