Here's a couple of photos of my studio. They don't show much of how it works, just the nice space that it is. All the sloppy sturm und drang happens out of sight down in the basement. Yes, I know how lucky I am.

Good, I'm glad you do know how lucky you are to have that studio....but especially all the storage space options. That's my bugbear. But on the other hand, maybe it will force me to be more relentless in eliminating mediocre stuff. Maybe.
Have you noticed there are fewer commenters on weekends? Guess (other) people are busy w/family and such.
Wow what a studio you have...can I move in with you Sam?????
Jala, yes I've noticed. Glad it's not just me. I'd like to think everyone's started Mardi Gras a week early. Soopabow usually stinks but yesterday, YAY, 'Nawlins!
Loriann, you're welcome anytime. There's a loft upstairs if you're short enough. One drawback is Jala and I can be, no, are pretty distracting.
Yes, great studio! Looks like it has wonderful light too. Every artist should be so fortunate!
wow, that`s exactly what I want. Some day soon. Glad you have such a great space!
Watch what you say... I am pretty short, only 5'5";-)
Bottom line--no matter where you sit, your studio is the space between your nose and your art. And the good dogs at your feet.
